Released in 1991 as one of the OG Air Jordan 6 colorways, the Air Jordan 6 ‘Carmine’ quickly became a sneakerhead favorite as Jordan laced them up en route to his first NBA title. The ‘Carmine’ remained in Nike’s archives until 2008 when it was first retro’d as part of the 17/6 Collezione ‘Countdown’ Pack (alongside an Air Jordan 17 sneaker). It then returned again in 2014 for another retro on its own. The sneaker features an upper of white and red perforated nubuck leather.
If you’re a sneaker person you’ll appreciate the build quality on these. Clean lines, solid construction, comfortable insole. Definitely picking up another pair soon.
Rare to find a shoe that’s both this comfortable and this stylish. These check both boxes easily. Will definitely be ordering again.
Came in fast and looks just like the photos. Really happy with it — quality feels solid overall. Laces could be a bit thicker but nothing major. Would buy again.
